The Black Affairs Advisory Council (BAAC) is more than just an
organization, but an
opportunity to be affiliated with a professional alliance
of co-workers who are personally interested in their career development
and  wanting to give back to the Greater Baltimore Community.

Each month a member of the Executive or Senior Staff is invited to share
career advice and guidance to our members. Topics that have been
covered include the following:

•        Dress for Success
•        Mentoring
•        Simmons’ Principles
•        Quest for Success
•        Believe You Can
•        Stretch
•        Bee Right

Additionally, we have conducted two panel discussions:
  • Career opportunities in the Center for Information Technology  and
    the Center for Human Resources
  • Partnership and Collaboration Symposium with other Advisory
    Councils

So come join us!  Click here to fill out the
